Qualstar as a service certification body provides services for the classification of tourist accommodations (hotels, resorts and apartment hotels) into star categories ranging from 1 star to 5 stars and Covid Compliance for all hotels. Classification is done by evaluating the quality of products and services provided by these tourist accommodations and their compliance to the specified requirements stated in the Qualstar Standard QPL 01 2020. Covid compliance is done keeping in mind the MOT guidelines, WHO guidelines and ISHRAE requirements. Qualstar provides services without bias or prejudice to all applicants who fulfil the stipulated registration criteria.
